Dinners: $65 per person; surcharge Satin Ball and certain entrees.

The Denzare-Trio Dance Club is dedicated to the promotion of ballroom dancing for the enjoyment of its members.

Denzare-Trio is a dinner dance club. Formal attire is required, i.e. cocktail dresses for the ladies and tuxedo for the gentlemen.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any activities conducted by the Denzare-Trio Dance Club, releaser for himself, his spouse, legal representatives, heirs and assigns, waives and discharges the Denzare-Trio Dance Club, its officers and members, and each of them from all liability to releaser, releaser’s spouse, legal representatives, heirs and assigns, for any and all loss or damage resulting there from, on account of injury to releaser’s person or property, even injury resulting in death of the releaser, whether caused by the negligence of releasee or otherwise, while the releaser is for any purpose participating in any activity or function sponsored by the Denzare-Trio Dance Club.

Releaser hereby agrees to indemnify the releasee and each of them for any loss, liability, damage or cost that they may incur due to the presence of the releaser at any or function sponsored by the Denzare-Trio Dance Club whether caused by the negligence of the releasee or otherwise.

Releaser hereby assumes full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death or property damage due to the negligence of releasee or otherwise while for any purpose participating in any activity or function sponsored by the Denzare-Trio Dance Club.

Releaser expressly agrees that this release, waiver and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Ohio and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall notwithstanding continue in full legal force and effect.

This application does not constitute membership in the Denzare-Trio Dance Club. Application must be approved by the Board. All persons approved by the Board will be notified of Acceptance.
